i think english drivers should turn on lights to prevent accidents on the street. i know how to introduce this (for example, how to sell this difficult idea to stupid voters).

but: have you ever thought of, if people reach their target faster than they do now, how many space would be available for them for other things to do (f.ex.: more time - buying more products!!!)
